Time to fit the exhaust system to the 750.
First job was to fit the centre balance box under the engine. This is located by the 2 lower engine bolts. However, once the box is in place the bolts and nuts are almost impossible to reach with spanners. After a bit of thinking I cut down a 19mm double ended ring spanner and managed to get everything tightened up.
Next I fitted the copper crush washers before fitting the front downpipes. Then it was time to fit the silencers. The last job was to tighten up the Conti clamps and then it was job done. And then it was taken back off the work bench to let the 1000 have work done next.

Ok, number next. I wanted to investigate a leak in the exhaust system so I removed the sidepanel and then the silencer. There was a small leak between the silencer and the pipe it fitted on to. While it was off I decided to paint it as the alloy look didn't suit the bike, in my eyes at least. So, leak repaired, silencer painted and everything put back on the bike.
